So we spent another Saturday morning driving around town trying to find a black shirt for our child to wear in our family pictures. I have given up...I'm done. We are no longer doing my idea for black and white. I get so frustrated when I buy Ryan clothes. There is so much crap out there for girls, and most of the boy clothing looks like it should be for girls. I want my kid to be an individual, I want him to look cute but not too "cutsie". Hes a boy!! No baby blue, unless there's like a big truck or animal on it. NO pastels!! I can't wait to have a girl...because there is no shortage of girly crap everywhere you turn. For every one nice Christmas outfit for boys, there are 15 Christmas dresses for girls! I'm annoyed as you can tell!
I buy most of his clothes second hand...cause I find the craziest stuff. Oh and I'm not ashamed to admit it. He just barfs and poops on it anyways! If parents out there want to spend a fortune on tons of expensive baby clothes, go for it. I'm not weirded out by second hand toys either. Anything that he can catch from them, he can catch at daycare. And I promise you...I keep our house and his toys WAY cleaner then daycare.
